Practise this class completely through once per day or as much as possible until the next class is released next Wednesday. Feel free to watch it as many times as you like to learn any new kata herein.
We require you to record and send us a one minute clip of you doing the class in you karate gi (uniform) and sign in as usual here. Please contact us for your specific sign in code. Signing in will count as an attended class at the dojo and will count towards your grading attendance. Due to the current situation. Fees will be accepted either through bank transfer or credit card payment. If you must make payments at the dojo please call first and we will make arrangements for your visit.
